It's hard to think that it's already April break. It feels like yesterday we were all out watching football games and golf matches. Anyway, there will be a five day break from games starting at the conclusion of today's contests. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Easter Sunday and Monday are all off for all sports from games.
The action picks up again Tuesday afternoon as girls lacrosse hosts Algonquin Regional at home starting at 3:00. Boys lax will have the night cap, as they face Billerica at 7:00.
Wednesday sees only one game, a girls lax contest vs Foxboro at the turf.
Thursday, baseball and softball get back at it. Baseball (as always over break) will face Wellesley at home. Also at home, Softball will square off with Needham. That night, boys lacrosse will travel over to Xaverian and take on the Xmen.
Friday is another one game day. Girls lax will trip to King Philip, game time 12 noon.
Saturday night is a huge game for boys lax, as they bus to Catholic Memorial. CM bounced Medfield from the playoffs in 2012, and the Warriors did the same to the Knights a year later. This has become a pretty good rivalry over the past few years and it will be interesting to see how these two match up this year.
